Event Types
Throughout the year, we organise a wide variety of events and activities for all members to enjoy. These range from our major destination rides through to local charity events.
Monthly Members Rides
On the last weekend of each month we have ride (often into Malaysia) that's casual, simple, and usually involves a mealwhich is often subsidised for HOG members. Join these rides to meet other riders and get to know our group riding principles.
Major Destination Ride
A multi-day ride where a much greater distance is involved. Members benefits often include subsidies on accomodation or fuel. Subject to commercial demands HDS often supports MDRs with technical support staff as an additional benefit.
Charity Events
These vary greatly with the common ingredient being sharing of our time with the less priveleged. Our main event is the Annual Toy Run in December but we also have regular events for orphanages, special schools and even aged care homes.
Harley-Davidson Singapore (HDS) Events
Our sponsoring dealership HDS regularly arranges events for HOG Members and other Harley-Davidson Riders and clients. These can include Open Houses, New Model Launches, riders appreciation nights and more.
Membership Benefits
As well as the events we organise where there is often a discounted cost or direct benefit provided Singapore Chapter HOG membership entitles members to discounted clothing and spare parts at HDS and discounts at a range of other venues around Singapore. This may include Food & Beverage or Accomodation discounts. Ask a fellow member or one of the committee to explain more.
Ride Classifications
Open: Open to the public but usually restricted to Harley-Davidson riders.
Closed: HOG members and one guest per member. Members of other HOG Chapters may join as a guest of a local Chapter member so introduce yourself at the dealership and meet a committee member before joining the event.
Members Only: Singapore Chapter HOG members only - events such as our Annual General Meeting
